After discovering a brutally butchered cow, the chief of police must hunt down who or what did it. Soon, the investigation leads him and the other townspeople into a fight for survival against an unknown assailant.

An interesting Korean sci-fi action flick. The story starts with people hunting something mysterious, then turns as the hunter becomes the hunted. It blends comedy, action, suspense, science fiction, and confusion. The two-hour-and-forty-minute runtime starts slow, then picks up until the story flips on its head and essentially becomes a different story. Overall, an entertaining and interesting watch, but a long and slow burn, making it streamable when available.
