When a personal assistant robot, Roz, is activated in the wilderness of a remote island, it does not initially have a primary objective. After an accident that causes the death of a goose family, Roz overrides its programming and takes up the objective of raising the gosling, Brightbill. While learning and adjusting to its new environment, Roz becomes aware that robots are not the only ones pre-programmed. As Roz and Brightbill go against the natural order of the island, they learn that there is more to existing than what is expected.

This fantastic family movie has many different themes depending on the character you focus on and something for everyone. While there are two main characters, the supporting cast contributes something to the story. The story uses the full range of emotions, from laughter to drama, but does not get bogged down on any particular one. The animation is colorful and exciting, keeping viewers of all ages engaged. The runtime, one hour and forty-one minutes, is perfect for kids of all ages, so losing interest or attention should not be a concern. This is an ideal movie for a family outing in theaters.
