Four years after the interstellar incident that changed everything, the Fantastic Four have become a pillar of the community and have made their world a better and safer place. All that changes when an unknown being heralds the end of Earth. The Fantastic Four must find a way to defeat this intergalactic behemoth and save the Earth.
This latest MCU installment and reboot takes a different approach than its predecessors. The story is more about family and sacrifice than fame and the struggles of accepting change. The story is not an origin story and fast-forwards to an already established team, incorporating all the necessary information in a montage. There are not as many action sequences as in other superhero movies. The look and feel of this team resembles the classic comics and cartoons, while giving the characters more depth. The one hour and fifty-five-minute runtime passes quickly and is not stretched out. Unfortunately, this movie has no references or crossovers to other movies and does not connect the MCU together. Overall, a great movie that fans should not miss.
