In search of a companion, Frankenstein's monster ends up in 1930s Chicago for the help of a doctor who has continued his father's work. Together, they reinvigorate a woman who was murdered, sending the new couple across America, creating chaos, committing crimes, and bringing about social change along the way.

This movie is not what the trailer suggests. The trailer implies the story will be like The Bride of Frankenstein, but it blends monster movie elements, supernatural elements, social issues, and Bonnie and Clyde. The two-hour, six-minute runtime is mostly spent in confusion, with the combination of elements creating chaos. Not worth a ticket, but a stream for its unique take on a monster movie.
