Vijay Kumar is one of the biggest names in India, and Om Prakash is his biggest fan. Sharing his love for Vijay's films with his son, one of Om's biggest dreams is to meet Vijay and take a selfie with the actor. When Vijay's upcoming film is being filmed on location, Om gets his opportunity when it is discovered that Vijay needs a current and valid driver's license. Working for the department that issues licenses, Om sets up a meeting with Vijay. Through a series of unfortunate events and misunderstandings, a battle ensues between David, a civil servant, and Goliath, an influential celebrity.
