Rocky aur Răni Kii Prem Kahaani

When Rocky's grandfather, who has been in an altered state for decades, abruptly starts repeating the name of a woman, who is not his wife, things get interesting. Hoping that finding this woman might be the key to helping his grandfather, he searches for her. He finds her granddaughter, a progressive and prosperous woman, and they set out to bring their grandparents together. As the two help their grandparents reconnect, they discover there is more to their relationship despite being vastly different.

A classic Bollywood movie with a modern twist is the best way to describe it. This film has veteran performers and songs from the golden age, dialogues from other classic Karan Johar films, and the feel of one of his classic movies. The story of this film takes a more modern theme, which is a double edge sword. Having a movie with a classic feel but a contemporary theme is refreshing, but in this film's case, it also leads to plot holes, questions, and loose ends. Despite its shortcomings, it is a great movie, especially if you miss classic Bollywood cinema.
