Dreux and Alyssa have the day planned out. However, things go sideways when Alyssa's "boyfriend" decides to "invest" their rent money in a business venture. Short on cash and time running out, Druex and Alyssa must figure out how to make ends meet before they end up on the street.

This buddy comedy about the struggles of the first of the month is relatable to anyone who adults. Best friends tend to balance each other, and this story shows just that. The movie is full of wild antics and solutions that are overexaggerations of real-life situations, making it relatable and hilarious. With a runtime of only one hour and thirty-seven minutes, this movie gets to the point and ends just as quickly. This movie is a great friends' night out, requires little thinking, and is a good time.
