Down a champion, Earthrealm turns to an unlikely champion, Johnny Cage, to help them win their tenth and final tournament against Outworld and save their world.

A weak sequel to an already underwhelming reboot. The story is chaotic and borderline non-existent. The action is weak, comes in short, messy bursts, and is simply sloppy. The highlight of the movie is the painstaking effort to give fans what they want, including fighting arenas, familiar characters, special moves, fatalities, and even the game-style win/loss counter. The one hour and fifty-six minute runtime feels slow and drawn out with the chaotic story and sloppy fights. This is worth a stream when available for diehard fans; otherwise, it's skippable.
