To escape a loan shark and death, Mickey takes a job as an expendable on an intergalactic colonization expedition. Tasked with dangerous and likely fatal jobs, Mickey is cloned after every death. The only thing that has kept him going through his 17th reincarnation is Nasha, the love of his life. Things were going well until Mickey, 17, became a multiple and bumped into Mickey, 18. The existence of multiples is illegal, and they must find a solution before they are discovered and executed.

This science fiction reincarnation tale is fascinating. On the surface, the story seems simple and silly. Clones encounter each other, and things go awry, creating comedy and entertainment. The story is also about more complicated topics like life, death, and ethics, to give a few examples. Along with a thought-provoking, engaging story, the movie has action, idiotic comedy, clones, aliens, and space travel. Unfortunately, the two-hour and seventeen-minute runtime does not fly by at lightspeed, with some parts being slow and unnecessary. Overall, this is an interesting and entertaining movie and should be watched.
