All Lilo wants is to belong. As she and her sister, Nani, navigate their complicated lives, things become chaotic when Lilo adopts an alien disguised as a dog, Stitch.

This live-action remake is terrific and does the original justice. Many of the original's key elements are kept, but some have been excluded. While fans are divided by the changes, the meaning behind them is not lost but presented in a new manner. The story is more realistic and includes Nani in more depth. The same antics and comedy are present in this remake. The one-hour and forty-eight-minute runtime will have fans reliving most of their childhood while introducing the next generation to this beloved story and characters. This is a must-watch in theaters with the entire family.
