A city still healing from Dark Day, the day when a hero fell from grace. Some are still struggling to come to terms, while the hero's fate was unknown until a series of events forced him out of hiding.

This movie was meant to be reminiscent of Power Rangers. Unfortunately, the story focuses on the hero's plight, and the timeline is confusing. The movie gives minimal backstory on the protagonist, antagonist, the power suit, or his powers. The action is limited and is campy. The movie does make a few references to Power Rangers throughout. Most of the one-hour, thirty-seven-minute runtime is spent anticipating classic Power Ranger moments and figuring out what is happening. Worth a watch to pay tribute to David Jason Frank; otherwise, it's a disappointing movie.
