Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery

Benoit Blanc is stuck at home due to the global pandemic, which requires a challenging mystery. He loses hope in that prospect until he receives a mysterious box inviting him to an exclusive murder mystery weekend by an eccentric billionaire. When the group arrives at the island, Benoit discovers that the relationships between the group of friends seem contentious and a recipe for murder. Despite his warning, the billionaire proceeds with the weekend's festivities until one of the friends is murdered, and the actual game is revealed.

The sequel to the film Knives Out, you do not need the help of Benoit Blanc to figure that out, falls into the curse of many sequels. The first installment is better. However, compared to other murder mystery movies, it is still entertaining. Full of cameo appearances and funny one-liners, this is a great movie to watch with friends once it is available to stream.
