An Indian agent has been embedded in the underworld for more than a decade, setting up the pieces to take it all down. As he works his way up the ranks into power, he learns as much as he can and awaits the moment he is given free rein to exact revenge and bring it all crumbling down.

This sequel is near perfection. The turnaround time of its release makes it better since the excitement of the first one is still fresh. The story picks up right where the first one leaves off and has the same style of a fictional espionage story overlaid on true historical events. The story includes the agent's backstory. The majority of the movie is a political drama focused on intelligence gathering. The action portions are amazing, intense, well-executed, and perfectly placed. The story and sequences are well done, to the point that the three-hour-and-fifty-minute runtime goes by without realizing it. Definitely a must-watch after watching the first one.
