Back on the grind, Denji encounters a young woman while on patrol, who seems to like him. Still craving the good life, Denji lets his feelings guide him and starts spending time with her.

The first movie in this anime series. The story picks up right where season one ends, slightly expanding on the overall story. It introduces a new character and expands on others introduced late in season one. Watching season one makes this one better, but it's not necessary. The action sequences and animation are well done. The one-hour and forty-minute runtime starts off slow and picks up towards the end. Overall, this movie is mostly filler; it's entertaining and exciting, but lacks enough substance to warrant a ticket purchase.
