A classic anime with a deep story. The story explores many themes but offers little history or backstory. Creating a missed opportunity in a rich and well-rounded story. A lot happens throughout the two-hour-and-four-minute runtime, and it takes patience and attention to fully appreciate. The remastered 4K re-release spruces up the action-packed animation, filled with a dystopian city, drama, and science fiction. This is a must-watch for anyone who calls themselves an anime fan.
