Black Panther: Wakanda Forever

After succumbing to an illness, Wakanda is left without a leader and protector. Queen Ramonda has retaken the throne and is leading the nation through grief and political turmoil. In search of Vibranium, other powerful countries search the depths of the oceans since Wakanda refuses to give them access to their precious resource. An ancient submarine civilization existing away from the surface world for centuries becomes concerned with their potential discovery. As the search for Vibranium continues, Namor attempts to force Wakanda to either remedy the mess they have created or help them fight the rest of the surface world.

After the passing of Chadwick Boseman, many people were concerned about how this Marvel franchise will continue. Chadwick can never be replaced, but this movie does an excellent job paying tribute to his trailblazing role while progressing this MCU storyline. The audience is introduced to a few new characters, while some old ones get pushed to the forefront. Like many of the Marvel movies of 2022, this one leaves the audience with more questions than answers. The action is well done, the character development is impressive, the film moves along quickly, and the entire movie is female-driven. This is a must-watch, if not potentially multiple watches, and is a must-watch for all Marvel fans.
